They are exclusively manufactured from fresh meats from France, carefully selected, prepared and deboned in our workshops. The products of this range carry the subtle flavour of the authentic Southwest France recipe.
Our products come from the traditional production methods of Southwest France. We bon ourselves the shoulders, to maintain the freshness in all our products.
